Psychotherapy services for adults and young people in Rathmines, Dublin.
I am a fully accredited IACP psychotherapist based in Rathmines, Dublin. I work with adults, children and adolescents across a wide range of challenges.
My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely safe and understood. Whatever you bring into the room is welcome.
With adults, I work with relationships, family dynamics, anxiety, low mood, and life transitions. With children and young people, I use age-appropriate, play-based approaches tailored to each individual.
Whatever you or your child brings into the room is welcome. There is no agenda here except your wellbeing.
Healing cannot be rushed. We work at whatever pace feels right for you or your child.
Sessions are a private, contained space held with warmth, professionalism, and care.
For younger clients, I work alongside parents and carers to make sure they feel informed and supported.
I work with children using child-centred methods including play therapy, sand tray, and art-based activities chosen to match each child's age, needs, and development.
Teenagers face complex emotions and identity questions. I offer a space where young people feel genuinely listened to, not managed, not judged, not rushed.
For adults, I draw on psychodynamic and Jungian approaches to explore relationships, family dynamics, recurring patterns, and deeper questions of identity and meaning.
No two people are alike, and I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My work is shaped by the individual in front of me, their history, their needs, and what feels right for them.
For children and young people, sessions may look like play, conversation, creative activity, or a combination, whatever allows them to express themselves most freely.
For adults, we work in a reflective space, drawing on the unconscious patterns and experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Sessions are 50 minutes, available throughout the week.
